In the video, a specialist reveals the average prices of livestock before the month of Ramadan, and the reason for their “sudden” rise

Al-Marsad newspaper: Mansour Al-Maliki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Maliki Livestock Company, revealed the average prices of livestock before the month of Ramadan, and the reason behind their increase.

Al-Maliki said, during his appearance on the “Al-Rased” program: “The average price of livestock now ranges between 1200 to 1300 riyals for imported ones, while local livestock prices start from 1600 riyals.”

He continued, “In the previous days, the average price of “Herfy” livestock ranged from 400 to 500 riyals per lot, and the prices of feed were determined by that.”

He concluded his speech: “The market now is what determines this, and if it were in imports from countries that contribute to feeding the markets in Saudi Arabia, the local and importer would be cheap, and the consumer would buy at cheap prices better than those that exist now.”
