Al-Marsad Newspaper: A consultant in exercise physiology, Dr. Muhammad Ali Al-Ahmadi, revealed the dangers of calcium taken in the form of pills, and the health problems it causes.
And he said during his appearance on the Saudi channel: “One of the studies that was conducted proved that calcium taken in the form of pills, assuming 1000 mg of calcium, increases the risk of cancer.”
Al-Ahmadi continued: “If these pills are taken in large quantities, the body does not absorb them, but rather it is deposited in the arteries, and it leads to very big health problems.”
