The Ministry of Health and Population has set a link to inquire about the date of the medical examination to obtain a card Integrated Serviceswhich are for people of determination, in order to determine the percentage of the person’s disability as well as the type of disability before conducting the job inspection, by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.

- The following link is accessed from over here.
- And then enter the national number consisting of 14 digits.
- Choose the field you want, including booking a medical examination appointment, modifying the type of disability and the date of the medical examination, booking an appointment to complete papers, modifying the date for completing papers, inquiries, instructions.
- Then click on search.
- Finally, in the event that the day is determined, you must go to the date and time indicated for the medical examination.
The Ministry of Health stated that if the person does not complete the papers, the research and x-rays requested by the committee must be prepared and another date should be set for a medical examination.
