The Corruption Eradication COMMISSION (KPK) has prevented two people from being involved in an alleged fictitious investment fraud case at PT Tapsel (Persero). They are the inactive Main Director of PT Taspen (Persero) Antonius Nicholas Stephanus Kosasih, and the Main Director of PT Insight Investments Management Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto.
“These parties are expected to always be cooperative in fulfilling summons and examinations from the investigative team,” said KPK enforcement spokesman Ali Fikri in a written statement, Sunday (10/3).
Both of them are now unable to go abroad for six months. They are expected not to look for rat routes to escape.
“This request is the first for the next six months, until September 2024,” explained Ali.
Regarding this case, the Corruption Eradication Committee revealed that the state losses incurred reached hundreds of billions.
“The state financial losses resulting from this procurement reached hundreds of billions of rupiah,” said Ali.

The Head of the Corruption Eradication Commission’s News Department could not yet detail the exact total. Because investigators are still waiting for the exact count from the auditor.
“The process is currently underway to calculate the real value of the losses,” said Ali.
This case started with a public report. The Corruption Eradication Committee has raised the case to the investigation stage and has named a suspect.
