LINKTOWN, platform property that connects customers with the best developers in Indonesia, won the “Best of The Best Agent 2023” award for the Diamond category in One Smile Club Award 2024. This award was given by the country’s leading property developer, Sinar Mas Land, at an event which took place at Nusantara Hall 1, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, on Friday (8/3).
Linktown was named the winner in the Diamond category thanks to its contribution in recording the most sales throughout 2023. Total sales of Linktown in the Sinar Mas Land project and joint venture projects (joint venture) Sinar Mas Land reached IDR 893.2 billion.
Founder & Vice President of Sales Marketing at Linktown, Swandy Sutanto, revealed that this success was the result of Linktown’s efforts in marketing Sinar Mas Land projects. Even though Linktown has been contributing to sales since 2021, it was only in 2023 that Sinar Mas Land held this award event.
“We not only market Sinar Mas Land projects but also contribute to sales of Sinar Mas Land joint venture projects, such as Grand Wisata, Hiera, Zora, and others,” explained Swandy.
Linktown Founder and Vice President Deryan Nataniel explained that Linktown has designed a number of strategies and tips to increase sales of property projects.
