Indexing minimum income is key to controlling inflation

The Minister of Labor, Alexis Corredorsaid that the indexation of Venezuelans’ minimum income in dollars has contributed to maintaining control of inflation in the country.

“With this economic recovery project and with this approach to minimum income, we are managing to keep inflation under control since October of last year,” projection.

During his visit to Lara state, the minister stressed that public companies are strengthening their human capital, as Venezuelans who have returned to the country are integrating.

«Economic growth in Venezuela has led to entrepreneurs returning to the country, capital being reinvested, and merchants making new investments. This is generating demand for skilled workers.»

The minister made these statements during his participation in a Productive Workers Council that took place in the municipality of Palavecino de Lara.
