Ari Wibowo, through his attorneys Ricky Saragih and Haga Bangun, released a photo showing Inge Anugrah with another man.
The photo was included in additional evidence at trial.
The photo shows the figure of Inge Anugrah eating with a man in a restaurant.
In this regard, Thomas Ola Lamaroang as Inge’s attorney spoke after the trial.
“There is photographic evidence that looks like it was in a restaurant, restaurant or something,” said Thomas at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (16/8/2023).
“You can take photos from any angle, what can people do? But it’s like eating,” he explained again.
For Thomas, the photo could not prove anything related to Inge Anugrah’s alleged affair.
Thomas said, Ari Wibowo’s party who knew about the incident could not explain the problem that occurred in the photo.
“But we can’t do anything because there isn’t any information. So we can only see there are photos, it means nothing at all, from the evidence the witness also doesn’t lead to a third person,” said Thomas again.
“This photo is also just a photo, it can be edited or something. Why is it only being presented now? Yes, we consider it as additional evidence, but it can’t be proven anymore,” he continued.
Meanwhile, Inge Anugrah’s party also often attacks Ari Wibowo by claiming that the artist is involved in the affair.
Several witnesses have been brought to court to tell about the alleged affair.
