Intense precipitation is expected in the coming days in the Kuban.
This was announced by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.
– In the Krasnodar Territory on May 2, excluding Sochi, heavy rains, showers, thunderstorms, hail, wind up to 22 m/s all day long. This leads to an increase in the water level in the Kuban River. In Adygea, the weather is similar, – the weatherman said TASS.
On the eve of the regional hydrometeorological center warned residents regarding bad weather. A storm warning has been issued for the region. Today in the Kuban there will be showers with thunderstorms, hail and squally winds of 20-22 m/s.
In Otradnensky, Mostovsky, Labinsk, Kurganinsky, Apsheronsky and Ust-Labinsky districts, water levels in rivers are expected to rise, in places exceeding unfavorable levels.
Light rain is possible in Krasnodar today. The air will warm up to +15 degrees. On May 3 and 5, the thermometers will creep up – up to +20.
