Tsai Ing-wen’s stopover in California, USA, to meet with the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, McCarthy, was a pre-foreseen event. On the surface, Tsai Ing-wen initiated this incident, but it is the United States that can really make it happen.

All countries in the world can become bosom friends as long as they have the same ideas as China.

I answer with Mao Zedong’s theory of contradictions. Mao Zedong put forward the theory of contradiction in 1937, arguing that contradictions are universal, that is, contradictions exist in the development process of all things from beginning to end. In order to solve problems, among the various contradictions, we should grasp the main contradiction.
Citing contradictions in today’s international relations, as far as China is concerned, it can be seen from the United States on issues such as chips and Taiwan that it can no longer have illusions about the United States. The contradiction between China and the United States is the main contradiction, and the contradictions between China and other countries are all is a secondary contradiction. Therefore, China must unite all forces that can be united, establish a broad united front, and fight against the principal contradiction.
In this grand chess game of international struggle, how can the Taiwan issue be dealt with in isolation.
