YOUR TEAM: “Bringing meaning and operational utility to data”

At the heart of the agency, the Data & Insights department has the main objectives of:

1/ Decipher and analyze in depth the expectations of fans, market trends, sponsorship and the competitive universe of our clients in order to feed the thinking and creativity of all the agency’s teams

2/ Accompany clients in an advisory and support process in their partnership strategy (choice of assets, evaluation and negotiation, impact modeling, etc.)

3/ Measure the performance of their communication actions, in order to optimize them and generate additional revenue (e.g. “Fan Relationship Management”)

4/ Develop the agency’s activity with sports organizations, focused on consulting in data / CRM strategy and revenue growth

The Data & Insights department, made up of 8 people, has the main role of feeding the agency with data and insights. Particularly specialized in sport and music for which he works alongside many major players in these industries (Orange, BKT, UEFA, Deezer, etc.), the objectives of the internship are:

YOUR ROLE : Depending on the project, you assist prestigious and international clients via strategic and operational recommendations (partnership strategy, marketing advice, insights and data contribution).

The realization of study projects

Implementation monitoring and processing of the results of quantitative studies on the passions of the French people

Report design: analysis, story lining and aesthetic highlighting of study results to facilitate interpretation and understanding by the client

Drafting of strategic and operational recommendations in collaboration with the agency’s consulting teams

The creation of deliverables for the agency’s clients

Research, consolidation and analysis of information as part of the creation of benchmarks / book of best cases (desk research, data crunching, analysis, etc.)

Monitoring of press and web impact of partnership activation operations

Social listening of sports & entertainment events and activations carried out for customers

Drafting responses to calls for tenders in collaboration with the consulting, strategic planning and business development teams

Understanding and framing of customer requests thanks to an initial analysis of the market and their problems

Participation in the methodological response (choice of tools, scope of research, selection of KPI’s)

Participation in reflections on the strategy of the rights holder or the brand


A bac +4/5 training in business school or universities A good culture of the economic, marketing and sports environment A desire to combine data and insights with sport for your future internship A synthetic mind and a lot of curiosity Fluent English A perfect mastery of Excel & PowerPoint A first experience in a research institute, agency or sports organization would be a plus
