The green electricity supplier Ecopower, only active in Flanders, will introduce from January 1 a package for its customers who have solar panels and an analog meter (which can therefore turn backwards), he announced end of this week to its customers.
Ecopower expects other suppliers to follow, given the end of the compensation mechanism for new installations announced in 2024. It will offer 42 euros/kVA/year, excluding VAT. A package to which protected customers would not be subject.
