New Delhi: Former Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant reached the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi to watch his team’s game. Delhi will face defending champions Gujarat Titans in the seventh match of the IPL 2023 season. Seeing the scenes of the star at the Ferozshah Kotla stand, the fans gave a huge cheer.
Pant was seriously injured in an accident in Uttarakhand in December last year. The car in which Pant was traveling was completely engulfed in flames. After the treatment, the actor shared the signs of recovery through social media. Earlier, when the pictures of the actor walking by himself in the swimming pool with the help of a walking stick came out, the fans wished him to return to the field as soon as possible.
Due to the accident, the player has missed the ODI, T20 and Test series and the IPL season so far this year. The player may also miss the ODI World Test Championship final. This is the first time that Rishabh Pant has reached the public stage after the accident.
