Israeli Hostages Released in Good Health: Hospital Updates

The hospital receiving Israeli hostages following their release, on Friday, reported that most of them are in good physical health, according to what was reported by the newspaper “The Times of Israel“.

A statement issued by Schneider Children’s Hospital in Petah Tikva, which receives four mothers and four children hostage, said that the doctors conducted a preliminary examination and said that they were all in good physical condition.

A total of 13 Israeli hostages were released on Friday and were transferred to three separate hospitals across Israel.

Five other Israeli hostages, all elderly women, are being cared for at Wolfson Hospital in Holon.

Wolfson Hospital revealed that some of the women are “weak and exhausted” and are unlikely to be allowed to return home tomorrow, the Israeli website Ynet reported.

Qatar, along with Egypt and the United States, reached a truce agreement for four days, which can be extended, which stipulates the exchange of 50 hostages held in Gaza for 150 Palestinian detainees in Israel.

On Friday, Hamas released 24 people, including 13 Israeli women and children, 10 people from Thailand and one Filipino, while Israel released 39 Palestinians from its prisons.
