A few minutes after 4 pm, Stefanos Kasselakis passed the gate of the Thebes recruit camp.
He was accompanied to the gate by his father, who was moved, since as he mentioned he had served in Thebes, while his close associates and his security men were present.
According to information, the president of SYRIZA has stated that he does not intend to use the leave of the new recruits and therefore is not expected to leave the camp in three days.

In the central square of Thebes, he was warmly welcomed by local residents and associations, who offered gifts to Stefanos Kasselakis.
Among the people who came to welcome Mr. Kasselakis was a little six-year-old girl who was crying in the hands of the president of SYRIZA. In fact, the president of SYRIZA told the little girl to meet again at his first visit.
“Thank you for the warm welcome. It is an honor to be here, to serve my country as an expatriate who has returned to contribute to his country. Here, in Thebes, my mother also lived for a short time”, said Stefanos Kasselakis.
According to information, Stefanos Kasselakis will normally serve his term until 29/3 and will not use his leave on Clean Monday.
