Kuwait City: Weather experts said that there is a possibility of rain on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Light rains are expected to intensify in various parts of the country on Tuesday. The authorities informed that the public should be cautious in the wake of the weather warning.
Weather forecaster Badr Al Amira said that as the country enters the cold season, unstable weather will form in the coming days. Southern region of the country including Jahra will experience more rainfall. The country may receive up to 22 mm of rain during these days. The heavy rainfall is a result of the Sudanese low pressure that has formed in the country.
Badr Al Amira also informed that the air temperature will drop significantly in the following days. Temperatures will drop to 12 degrees Celsius during the night and 15 to 20 degrees Celsius during the afternoon, the Meteorological Center said. Wind will blow in northwest direction with a speed of more than 35 km per hour. The Ministry of Home Affairs has requested people to exercise extreme caution while driving in the backdrop of a warning of unstable weather in the coming days. Officials have suggested that those who need urgent help should contact the ministry’s hotline number 112.
