Japan Earthquake Update: 6.0 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Tokyo Again, No Tsunami Warning

Tokyo: Another earthquake in Japan. An earthquake measuring 6 on the Richter scale occurred. Last week’s earthquake hit the country before the tremors subsided.

Strong tremors were felt in Japan during the earthquake. But no tsunami warning has been issued. The Japan Meteorological Agency said that tremors were felt again in the same areas that were hit by the strong earthquake on January 1.

A 7.5 magnitude earthquake caused heavy damage on New Year’s Day. The death toll has crossed 200. Reports are that more than a hundred people are yet to be found. Many buildings were destroyed.
