It included a number of hospitals, health centers, treatment departments, workers’ housing and other projects, during two visits he made to the region within the past three months.
Jazan received the first stations of Al-Jalajil’s visit to the Kingdom’s regions, as the first visit was in mid-December, during which 18 construction and development projects were opened, such as the opening of Jazan General Hospital after its rehabilitation with a capacity of 200 beds, and 8 projects to develop the work environment and a hall Beneficiaries and administrative departments in hospitals and departments, and two projects to develop dialysis centers in Al-Aydabi and Al-Raith hospitals, and develop 4 health centers according to the new identity, in addition to developing workers’ housing and the maternity department at Samtah Hospital, and developing the children’s department at Prince Muhammad bin Nasser Hospital in Jazan.
The second visit of the Minister of Health was last Wednesday, when he witnessed the inauguration of a package of 20 new health projects, as the first phase of the new Al-Darb Hospital project was inaugurated with a capacity of 100 beds, and a full bed capacity of 200 beds. A number of treatment departments, such as adult and pediatric intensive care and neonatal intensive care, as well as the expansion of operating rooms, day surgery, hypnosis and auxiliary and administrative medical departments.
