Jersson González is ready for the big leagues, his first experience as a property coach in the Betplay League.
The coach comes from a very outstanding 2023 at the helm of Llaneros FC in the Betplay Tournament, a team with which he was first in the Apertura and second in the Clausura, always the protagonist in the home runs, although he missed the final option of aspiring to promotion .
Even so, his work is well regarded in Colombian football and that is why he would already have a formal offer to direct a First Division club.
According to journalist Pipe Sierra, González is the new coach of Deportivo Pasto, pending only the official announcement.
The initial agreement would be until December 2024, a plan that aims to return to home runs and the dispute for places in international tournaments.
Before Llaneros, González made his career in the lower divisions of América de Cali and had experiences as a coach in charge in 2018-2019 and 2020, but he would only now debut as a manager in the Colombian first division, replacing Flabio Torres .
