According to an informed parliamentary source, 10 out of 13 change-making deputies announced their initial agreement to nominate Jihad Azour on the side of the opposition forces, while the other three refuse to communicate with anyone, two women and their colleague, the “Original,” as the source called him, who concluded that today, Friday, is the last day for communication. With independent representatives and friends, so that the name of the candidate Azour will be announced tomorrow, Saturday, in an inclusive political meeting in which all the forces concerned with the nomination will be represented, provided that the beginning of next week is dedicated to calling for a presidential election session and pushing in this direction.

It was reported that Azour made phone calls that extended for hours with a number of change-making representatives to answer their questions related to political alignments, the position on the October 17 uprising, the position on “Hezbollah” weapons, the judiciary, the Beirut port explosion, the economic recovery plan and the way out of the crisis in agreement with the International Monetary Fund. .
