As part of its structuring, USL Dunkerque, a professional Ligue 2 football club, is strengthening its operations department with a view to ensuring the operation of its infrastructures and the monitoring of development projects.

• Administrative services, club service providers, communities, public authorities, sports services

• Guarantee the proper operation of the Stadium and training infrastructures

MISSIONS

• Stadium Management

✓ Coordinate the use and operation of the main sports venue and training infrastructure: administrative premises, stadium, training center, hospitality areas
✓ Contact with the owner of the installation within the framework of the stadium occupancy agreement
✓ Mastery and management of the stadium ticketing tool
✓ Assist in monitoring the various event operations (implementation, preparation of configurations, logistics, security, etc.), and ensure routine handling operations
✓ Site monitoring
✓ Manage and plan the various interventions of the club’s technical service providers: cleaning, lawn care, maintenance and technical upkeep of equipment
✓ Produce technical documentation

• Operations

✓ Participate in the operational implementation of sporting events and event activities
✓ Prepare the technical needs necessary for the organization of club events
✓ Carry out inventory of equipment availability and check that it is functioning properly
✓ Participate in the coordination of all service providers and stakeholders on match days
✓ Ensure the role of supporters referent

• Projects

✓ Club license monitoring
✓ Monitoring the training center construction project with operations management
✓ Development of stadium operating tools and implementation of internal computer files for monitoring and procedures

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

– Holder of an initial training diploma of minimum level BAC + 4/5 type Stadium Manager, Sports Management and/or with significant experience of several years in operating activities, particularly in sports events.

– Significant first professional experience in sporting events and/or operating a sports venue is required
– Mastery of classic office tools (office pack)
– Rigor and organization to respect deadlines and procedures
– Legal context and regulations
– Functional English
– Technical and logistical resources specific to the operation of a sports venue
