A new breakthrough in the Juan Branco case. The Minister of the Interior has issued a decree to ban Juan Paulo Lopez Branco from leaving the national territory because of his violation of the rules on the admission and stay of foreigners in Senegal.
This government decision was communicated to Juan Branco within the premises of the General Affairs Brigade of the DIC, located at the Dakar court. Following this, Juan Branco expressed his cooperation by signing the decree issued by Interior Minister Antoine Diome, according to seneweb.

The lawyer also announced that he would end his hunger strike and change his outfit as soon as he arrived at the airport. Currently, Juan Branco is being escorted to Blaise Diagne International Airport in Diass. He will then be boarded on Air Senegal Company Flight HC 403 bound for Paris. The departure of this flight is scheduled for 08/07/2023 at 00 hours 20 minutes.
