In the last hours the player of the Colombian National Team and River Plate, Juan Fernando Quintero, through his social networks published an image with the candidate Federico Gutiérrez, and pointed out that his vote will be for the member of the Team for Colombia.
The footballer, who is currently recovering from an injury, took advantage of his publication to make a invitation to all Colombians to go out and vote regardless of the candidate and, above all, to do so with conviction.
“Everyone is free to vote for whoever they want and vote with conviction. May peace and love reign for all my Colombiaa,” Quintero said.
The publication had a large number of comments in which some citizens supported it, while others questioned it.
Quintero joins Miguel Ángel Borja as the two soccer players of the Colombian National Team who have publicly expressed their support for Gutiérrez.
For his part, the former player of the Colombian team, Faustino Asprilla, a few days ago also announced that his vote for the elections this May 29: will be for Gutiérrez.
