The Fourth Criminal Chamber of the Court of First Instance of the National District, declared inadmissible the accusation presented by Ramfis Domínguez Trujillo against the journalist Alicia Ortega and the group SIN, whom the dictator’s grandson accused of defamation and insult.
Judge Ana Lee Florimón considered that Ramfis Trujillo He did not present evidence that could support the accusation nor “settled the form and class of compensation for the damages it claims.”
On June 15 of the current year through of the lawyer Rafael Helena Regalado, Domínguez Trujillo filed the complaint for alleged violation of articles 367 and following of the Penal Code.
The sentence in this case is number 042-2022-SRES-00036, dated June 20.
