The wedding of Julian Jacob and Mirriam Eka held a blessing at the Cathedral Church, Central Jakarta on Thursday (26/1/2023) afternoon.
Before saying their sacred vows, Mirriam Eka and Julian Jacob first sang The Prayer in duet, popularized by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli.

Meanwhile, Julian Jacob wore a white suit and shirt combined with black trousers and a black bow tie. A smile can be seen from this couple.
“Pastor that we respect, according to God’s calling plan, we want to decide to unite our hearts and choose each other as life partners. With humility, we ask the Pastor to confirm our love for both of us in the sacrament of marriage and officiate as husband and wife according to the ordinances catholic church,” said Julian Jacob and Mirriam Eka in front of the priest together.
The couple’s wedding blessing looked sacred, attended only by their closest friends and relatives. Pastel and white flower decorations look beautiful in several corners of the church.
Julian Jacob and Mirriam Eka made their wedding vows to each other by looking into each other’s eyes. Julian Jacob and Mirriam Eka stated that they were sincere and willing to accept the joys and sorrows of living a household in a marriage bond.
“In the presence of God, priests and witnesses, I Ignasius Julian Jacob sincerely choose Mirriam Eka Cahya to be my wife. I promise to be faithful to you in good times and bad, in times of health and sickness. I want to love and respect you as long as I live, ” said Julian Jacob while holding Mirriam Eka’s hand.
“I also promise to look after a good father for the children that God will entrust to us,” he continued.
Mirriam Eka from behind her veil responded to the wedding vows spoken by Julian Jacob.
“In front of God, the priest, and the witnesses, I, Mirriam Eka Cahya, sincerely choose you Ignasius Julian Jacob to be my husband. I promise to be faithful to you in good and bad, in health and in sickness. I want to love and respect you for the rest of my life me,” said Mirriam Eka.
“I also promise to be a good mother for the children that God will entrust to us,” she said.
Both were confirmed to undergo a legal Catholic marriage. Smiles appeared on the faces of Julian Jacob and Mirriam Eka.
