Samantha Diazwinner of “American Idol” 2020revealed that he returned to sing on trains New York to earn a living, even though one of the prizes was a contract with Hollywood Records.
The singer left the record label before recording her first song and even had to pay the record label to retain the copyright to the songs she recorded with them, which caused her financial problems.

”In 2021, I was very ashamed to return to the trains. I didn’t want people to know that I legitimately needed the money…I was disappointed in myself for allowing myself to sink so low following winning ‘Idol’, but then I had to take it easy and remember that I started my ‘Idol’ journey at 20 years,” said the singer.
“I didn’t even know anything regarding Hollywood or the music industry. Since then, I have learned a lot and have been able to take my experiences and share them with other artists in the hope that they don’t experience the same things that I experienced when it comes to making it in this life.” Just Sam in its Instagram.
