Kim Kardashian (41) says in an episode of her show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” that she is still ashamed that her private sex film became public 15 years ago. But now Ray J (41), who can be seen with her in the video, claims that everything is different.
William Raymond Norwood Jr., as the singer is actually called, says in an interview with the “Daily Mail”: “I never secretly released the sex tape. It was a deal between Kris Jenner, Kim and I from the start.” Kris Jenner (66) is Kim’s mother.
Sextape as a promotion
Why the 41-year-old is now letting the cat out of the bag: He is angry that the Kardashian clan is portraying him as the bad guy who is trying to make more raunchy shots from back then: “The truth is: we were always partners in the matter.”
He persuaded Kim to publish the recordings because her friend Paris Hilton (41) became world famous through her sex film: “After I told Kim about the idea, we went through it. She jumped on it, then went to her mother with it and from then on I was outside the front.”
Production company notified
Ray J dated Kardashian between 2003 and 2006 and filmed having sex with her on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The US singer: “Kim got her mother to pass on the recordings to the porn production company Vivid Entertainment.”
After that, he and Kim Kardashian even signed a deal for three video films — only one of which was released. Ray J finally wants a bigger piece of the pie: “I’ve been in the shadows for over 14 years. I allowed the Kardashians to use my name and drag it through the mud. They’ve made billions over the past decade speaking out about something I’ve kept silent about.”

He feels the rumors that he secretly released the recordings to the media as “the biggest lie in the history of entertainment”. Ray J insists he’s never actually laid hands on any of the tapes: “Kim had them all at his house. In a Nike shoebox under her bed.”
Ray J also showed the Daily Mail text messages he had with Kim Kardashian. In which he demands of her “Stop trying to ruin me.” He demanded that she publicly retract what she said on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
To this day, her ex is waiting for a public clarification from her. And he doesn’t want to stay calm any longer: “It breaks my heart that this family built an empire on a lie I made up.
