Kasargod: Two more persons have been taken into police custody in connection with the abduction and murder of an Kasargod expatriate. Police today conducted a search of the house in Paivalika where the crime took place. Evidence was collected by a team including a forensic team.
The abductors were housed in Nuchila, four kilometers from Paivalika. Aboobacker Siddiqui, who died in this isolated house, was brutally beaten. His brother Anwar Hussain and cousin Ansari were also beaten at the house.
The forensic team visited the house and conducted a detailed inspection. This is a vacant house owned by a native of Paivaliga. Police say he was not involved in the crime.
