Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, 42, has returned home following undergoing successful abdominal surgery and a two-week hospital stay.
Kensington Palace announced in a statement that Kate has returned to her home in Windsor to continue the recovery process, stressing that it is going well.
A statement said: “The Prince and Princess extend their sincere thanks to the entire team at the London clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff for the care they provided. The Wales family remains grateful for the well-wishes they have received from around the world. Kate Middleton will carry out her official duties following Easter, while Her husband, Prince William, will continue his duties while she recovers at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor Great Park.”
