Srinivasan also portrays the father of a boy who is very worried about his daughter but who is his daughter’s best friend, support and celebrates his retirement. The combination scenes between the two were so beautiful. This is one of the best father-daughter combo in Malayalam cinema.

The performances of Manikandan Pattambi, Ranjith Sekhar, Mahesh Nair and Anand Manmadan, who came as villains, should be mentioned later. They have been able to make their roles the best they can be. Vijay Babu also plays a policeman named Charles.

‘Insect’ has a very solid script. The script is written by Rahul Riji Nair himself. Although Hawking and other technological elements are present in the film, they are included in the film in a very simple and realistic way that any ordinary person can understand.
