After revealing himself and training in France for more than a decade, Kev Adams chose to leave the country for a distant destination. A decision that he publicly accepted during a recent interview, and which he explains without problem. Because the young man is full of projects!
You found Kev Adams rather discreet recently, didn’t you? The reason is simple: he went into exile far from France. Not showing in any film in 2023 so far (even if he will soon be present in “Comme par Magique” alongside Gérard Jugnot), the Parisian has in fact been eyeing a completely different destination for a long time: the States -United States, and more precisely the West Coast.
Kev Adams admits to having left France and explains
Just like Olivier Minne, who confided that he also left France, but for different reasons, Kev Adams has given in to the sirens of Los Angeles. He joins in particular Omar Sy, Marion Cotillard and Dany Boon in this prestigious French expatriate club.
Questioned by the magazine “Hotel & Lodge”, the comedian and actor had strong words explaining that his departure to the country of Uncle Sam was “a necessity”:
It’s a necessity when you do stage and films. Everything is bigger, faster, more intense! Despite the hectic pace, I feel at home there. And it’s quite easy to disconnect in the Mojave Desert, the San Gabriel Mountains, the Pacific beaches or simply in the neighborhoods of LA (Koreatown, Little Tokyo, Topanga, editor’s note).

Beyond his ambitions on stage and in the cinema, Kev Adams also wants to take advantage of his exile to develop a business project with great potential:
It is also from here that we started working on Drink Waters, water that is good for the body and the planet. Futuristic packaging and functional fragrances are purely Californian ideas.
So what is Drink Waters? A company that intends to set an example on an ecological level, by offering innovative water bottles:
A range of bottles suitable for travel. The plastic water bottles that we find on the banks of the Niger, on the beaches of Tel Aviv or Malibu, this is not normal!
And don’t think that this project is a whim or madness: the brand has already made a name for itself in the industry, and supplies many hotels, including the prestigious Crillon hotel in Paris. Just that.
It is therefore far from France that Kev Adams decided to pursue his projects, whether they are linked to his activity as an actor or that of a businessman. We can still bet that the Parisian by birth will not fail to return to France here and there, in particular to shoot some popular films the way he likes them!
