She claimed he forced her mouth onto his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.

Investigators initiated contact regarding the allegations on May 14, 2026, when an officer attempted to reach Kroy Biermann Sr. According to police, the officer spoke with the father on May 18, at which point Kroy Sr. stated he would discuss the matter with Kim Zolciak.
