It was also supported by the Turin Film Lab and the Doha Film Institute, the British Film Institute (National Lottery Funding Grant).
The film was written and directed by Soudade Kaadan and filmed in Turkey. It is produced by Zajal Productions (Soudade Kaadan), Berkeley Media Group (U-Fi Swain), and co-produced by Ax Nilo (Mark Bordor), and starring Kinda Alloush, Samer Al-Masry, Hala Zain. Nizar Al-Ani, Darina El-Gendy, and photographed by the famous director of photography, Helen Lofer. MAD Solutions is responsible for distributing the film in the Arab world, while MK2 is responsible for sales of the film worldwide. It is distributed in France by PYRAMIDE, and its production was funded by FILM4 and Star Collective.
