Valve has published a report on the most popular video cards among Steam users for August 2022. The leader of the list was the GeForce GTX 1060, which gradually began to lose ground.
According to Valve, in August, the GTX 1060 was installed in 6.6% of Steam users. Compared to the previous period, the video card lost 0.52%. The closest competitor to this model was the GTX 1650 with a score of 6.24%, but it also lost 0.11%. The biggest increase in the top ten was shown by the RTX 3060, which added 0.66% and took the sixth line with a figure of 3.24%.
In early August, it became known that NVIDIA would adjust the prices of its video cards. The reason for this decision was the significantly reduced sales of equipment.
