Today, Wednesday, June 28, “King” Mohamed Mounir celebrated the first day of Eid, accompanied by his family, at his home.
After circulating news stating his willingness to undergo surgery next July, a source close to King confirmed, in an exclusive statement to “Masrawy”, that the artist, Mohamed Mounir, spent the first days of Eid, among his family members, as usual, at his home.
And about his health, he said: “Praise be to God, it is very good, although he has already set the next July 17, to travel to Berlin, for some periodic medical examinations.”
He continued, “During King’s stay in Germany, he is scheduled to undergo lung cleaning surgery, due to the effects of smoking, which is a simple matter, and has nothing to do with any previous surgery he underwent.”
Al-King recently revived the “Mishwary” concert, which was held under the auspices of Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, “Chairman of the Entertainment Authority” in Saudi Arabia, on Friday evening, June 16, at Benchmark Theatre.
He presented a group of his songs, accompanied by a musical orchestra, which included 87 musicians, including international stars, and a group of members of the great artist Mohamed Mounir’s band, including Hisham Jalal “keyboard”, Nour Ashour “saxophone”, Andrea Sigon “bass guitar”, and Oso “Lead”.
