Vienna – The men’s tennis player organization (ATP) published the tournament calendar for the coming (Olympic) year on Wednesday. What is striking from an Austrian point of view is the scheduling of the Generali Open in Kitzbühel, which, like Umag and Atlanta, will take place from July 22nd, 2024 and thus a week earlier than this year (July 31st – August 5th). This is the week of the opening weekend of the Paris Olympics. The ATP 500 tournament in Washington is taking place parallel to the Olympics.
