The leadership was unable to completely reject and accept Ibrahim Eletil, who was expelled from the Muslim League and KMCC. The league leadership, including the Dubai KMCC president, expelled Eletil for breach of discipline.
But today, in the name of KMCC, a press conference was convened in Dubai and the opposition was embarrassed. KMCC stall was also set up in Sharjah Book Festival in Elate. Elate also participated in the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding related to the provision of government land to Dubai KMCC. KMCC CDA Board of Directors President in the name of Elate will remain unchanged in KMCC.
The Community Development Authority (CDA) is the organization’s licensing system in the UAE. The documents they have still have Eletil’s name as president. The other side and the league leadership are in a position to deny this.
The party took action against Ibrahim Eletil on October 15. The suspension was for indiscipline. Although the information was announced through the ‘Chandrika’ daily, Eletil has been coming to the party office regularly.
League president Swadikhali Thangal visited Dubai but did not hold any discussion with Elate. Also, the active participation of Elate along with other leaders of the KMCC in the land transfer ceremony for the organization was exhausting for the official leadership.

In the letter agreeing to the suspension
Ibrahim later said that he accepts the suspension of the Muslim League leadership, but that he is currently the president of the Dubai KMCC CDA board of directors. He was speaking at a press conference in Dubai.
The organization can only operate in accordance with UAE law. KMCC is registered with the Community Development Authority of Dubai. He is still the president. Ibrahim Eletil added that a new committee election will be held once the membership campaign is completed.
