Taiwan celebrated the signing of a memorandum of understanding for mutual recognition of international driver’s licenses with Korea by posting a poster with cabbage kimchi on social media.

Earlier, on the 17th (Korean time), Korea and Taiwan finally signed the MOU for mutual recognition of international driver’s licenses.
