In Serbia and Kosovo there is no serious will to find a mutually acceptable solution. The situation is calming down again somewhat under pressure from the USA and Europe. Until the next opportunity.
European Union negotiators have been trying to find a solution in Kosovo for over a decade. And cannot find them, even with the support of their American colleagues.
