Kovid tightens restrictions on country: New Zealand PM postpones marriage

WELLINGTON: New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinta Arden has postponed her wedding amid rising Kovid cases. Jacinta Arden has postponed her wedding due to the tightening of Kovid restrictions in the country.

The Prime Minister made the remarks while announcing the new Kovid restrictions in the country. Jacinta and Clark Guyford have been partners for a long time. The couple had not announced a wedding date but said it would take place in the next few weeks. This was extended with the coming into force of the new regulations. Restrictions are likely to remain in place until the end of next month.

Jacinta Arden said only those who received both doses of the vaccine would now be allowed to attend public events. The number of participants is also limited. Jacinta Arden also said that those who use public transport and those who go to the shops must wear a mask.
