S2B is an electronic procurement system specialized in private contracts used by educational institutions and public institutions to which local contract laws apply. With this agreement, KTCU provides a system for expanding product purchases from local companies in Incheon Metropolitan City in S2B. The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education encourages educational institutions to preferentially purchase products from local businesses using S2B. In addition, the Incheon Metropolitan City Small Business Federation and the Incheon Industry Promotion Association plan to promote S2B registration and membership promotion for businesses in the Incheon area.

Kim Sang-gon, chairman of the Korean Teachers’ Credit Union Association, said, “I hope that local companies’ products will be sold preferentially through S2B, leading to the actual expansion of the market for small businesses in Incheon.” I hope,” he said.

Previously, KTCU signed business agreements with 17 city and provincial education offices and 13 education support offices nationwide. This is to promote the use of S2B used by educational institutions and public institutions applying the Local Contract Act and to expand the education procurement market.
