According to the Graz Higher Regional Court, in the Eurofighter case, Radasztics “culpably violated” his duties imposed by first breaking off the investigation and then failing to inform the accused, former Finance Minister Karl-Heinz Grasser (FPÖ/ÖVP), in 2012. to inform him that criminal proceedings are underway against him.
