Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Kuwaiti Prime Minister, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, submitted, on Tuesday, the resignation of his government to the country’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The official Kuwait News Agency reported that the Kuwaiti Crown Prince received a letter of resignation from the government from its head at Bayan Palace.
The agency did not give additional details about the resignation or its reasons.
The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, commissioned the formation of the government for the second time on November 23, 2021.
