In the assessment of KXC’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Alex Assis, this result is linked to a set of factors that differentiate the company’s work, such as best value for money on the market and achieving above-average quality of service, with NPS above 95 points.

To achieve certification, KXC needed to adapt different processes, train the technical, commercial and service teams, in addition to improving the documentation of routines related to customer service services. cloud computing.

The context in which KXC is inserted within the AWS ecosystem also contributed greatly to obtaining the competency. Currently, the company provides cloud computing for more than 300 small and medium-sized companies.
