Kyrgyz Foreign Minister discusses plans for 2023 with Hungarian Ambassador

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev discussed with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Kyrgyz Republic Sandor Dorogi the implementation of the agreements following the official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov to Hungary, which took place on February 12-14, 2023. “During the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev emphasized the importance for the parties of the adoption at the level of heads of state of a joint declaration on strengthening and developing the strategic partnership between the Kyrgyz Republic and Hungary, which brought the Kyrgyz-Hungarian relations to a new qualitative level of cooperation.

For his part, the Ambassador of Hungary to the Kyrgyz Republic stressed the importance of further expanding and strengthening the strategic partnership between Hungary and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Along with this, the meeting discussed the implementation of joint plans for 2023 for the development of bilateral economic cooperation with the involvement of the potential of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, the study of visits of the Hungarian top leadership to the Kyrgyz Republic and the holding of the 3rd meeting of the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Strategic Council. in a departmental announcement.
