Innsbruck – There was a large-scale power failure in the greater Innsbruck area late Monday morning. The “Tiroler Tageszeitung” reported that 448 transformer stations in 33 communities were temporarily undersupplied. Thousands of households were affected. A short time later, according to the state-owned network operator Tinetz, there were only 14 transformer stations in one community.
