PARIS, June 23 (Archyde.com) – The stocks to follow on Friday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:

* ENI ENI.MI and its Norwegian subsidiary VAAR announced Friday their intention to buy the producer of gas and oil Neptune Energy for an amount of 4.9 billion dollars (4.48 billion euros), debt included.

* SIEMENS ENERGY ENR1n.DE – Group chief executive Christian Bruch said on Friday that quality issues identified at the Siemens Gamesa division were “worse than expected” as Siemens Energy on Thursday evening backed away from its forecast of earnings for this year. The action plunged 20% before the market.

* TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA – The Canadian group Alimentation Couche-Tard ATD.TO announced on Thursday that TotalEnergies had accepted, following the information and consultation process with employees, its firm offer to buy out service station networks for an amount of 3.1 billion euros, the terms of which were announced on March 16, 2023.

* BUREAU VERITAS BVI.PA announced on Thursday the appointment of Hinda Gharbi as managing director to replace Didier Michaud-Daniel.

* VIVENDI VIV.PA, LAGARDÈRE LAGA.PA – Concerned by information from Le Monde reporting the imminent arrival of Geoffroy Lejeune as head of its editorial staff, the journalists of the Journal du Dimanche (JDD) have decided to go on strike for 24 hours, announces a press release published Thursday.
