The intensity of precipitation in the south of St. Petersburg was twice the norm. Vodokanal emergency crews went to blockages 29 times.
According to the press service of the enterprise on June 23, the rain front, which arrived in St. Petersburg from the Pskov region at about 15:00 the day before, left the northern capital on the morning of June 23.
Most of the heavenly water went to the Krasnoselsky district. There, as many as 3 off-design values were recorded for knocking (more than 7.2 mm in 20 minutes):

10.95 mm in 20 minutes,
7.85 mm in 20 minutes.
Teams of the enterprise most often went there to eliminate blockages in the rainwater sewer. In total, there were 29 calls to the hotline in the city due to the accumulation of water on the roadway and sidewalks.
The consequences of the rainfall are still being eliminated by Vodokanal.
