A responsible security source revealed the details of the health condition of the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser’s sister and her daughter as a result of a traffic accident in the 6th of October City, on Friday evening.
The source said in statements to Masrawy that the sister of the late leader suffered a severe head injury, while the diagnosis of the forty-year-old daughter came with a bruise in the chest and head, and their general condition is stable.
The beginning dates back to Brigadier General Mohamed Amin, Chief of Investigation in the October Sector, receiving a signal from the Rescue Police Department that an accident had occurred in front of Nile University and that there were two injured.
The security and traffic services moved to the place of the communication, and the examination revealed that an angel’s car had collided with the sidewalk in front of the university, which resulted in the injury of Aida Abdel Nasser Hussein, 71 years old, “sister of the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser,” and her daughter, Dina Abdel Hamid Shaheen, 48 years old.
The two injured were taken to Zayed Specialized Hospital to receive the necessary treatment, and the necessary report was issued, and Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Director of Giza Security, was notified of the incident.
