Hard blow for Xiaomi! 24 hours before the official launch of its new smartphones, leaks have revealed the technical characteristics of the future Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. Indeed, it is on the Weibo social network that we were able to access all the characteristics of the new Xiaomi models. We are therefore certain that both models would be equipped with the powerful Qualcomm Snadpdragon 8 Gen 2 chipthus definitely placing the Xiaomi 13 in the category of high-end smartphones.
The Xiaomi 13 would have a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Xiaomi 13 Pro, on the other hand, is said to have a 6.73-inch screen. Both should offer very high brightness.
The Xiaomi 13 would have a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh versus 4820 mAh for the Pro version. The first could support a load at 67 watts against 120 watts for the second. Both devices are capable of wireless charging and offer reverse charging. Mobiles would be officially IP68 certified which was not the case with their predecessors, the Xiaomi 12 et Xiaomi 12 Pro.
An exceptional photo configuration for both smartphones
Also according to leaks, the Xiaomi 13 would have a photo configuration of 50+12+10 megapixels with a Sony IMX800 sensor as the main module and a telephoto lens. The Pro version would benefit from a 1 inch Sony IMX989 sensor and 50 megapixels with two other 50-megapixel sensors, Samsung JN1. Both devices would have an infrared transmitter to make them universal remote controls.
Several finishes would be offered including one with leatherette and others with ceramic.

Photos of the Xiaomi 13 Pro have also ended up on the web. We thus discover the three colors offered: green, blue and white. The snaps reveal the rear of the Xiaomi 13 Pro which appears curved, with the square camera module occupying the top left side of the device. The back is glass. The front-panel image reveals a curved display with fairly thin bezels. The punch selfie camera is placed in the top center.
Of course, all this information will be confirmed during the official presentation of the two smartphones tomorrow.
