Political writer Abdel Bari Atwan considered that the Lebanese Independence Day this year is the worst holiday since the civil war, as a result of the complete economic collapse, division, and the presidential and governmental vacuum.
Atwan said, in an interview with the Point of View program via “Spot Shot”, that there is a conspiracy once morest Lebanon, and there are local tools that implement this conspiracy.
He predicted that there would be an upcoming regional war, in which Lebanon would be one of the parties, perhaps within a few weeks.
